Pipeline Baseball was founded by DJ and Dave Dickson with one mission: to help players develop the right way.

Over the years, we have spent countless hours studying the game, analyzing swing mechanics, and learning what truly helps athletes improve. As DJ progressed through his own playing career, Dave was there every step of the way observing, evaluating, and communicating with him about his development at each level he played in.

That process created more than a coaching partnership. It created a shared system built on experience, proven instruction, and a deep understanding of how players grow over time.

Pipeline Baseball was born from that journey.
