Meet the Coaches
DJ is a former collegiate baseball player and coach who has spent years studying hitting mechanics, athletic development, and player performance.
A former standout at University of Virginia's College at Wise, DJ earned Freshman Athlete of the Year honors and finished his career with a .340 batting average and a .972 OPS. Throughout his playing career, he developed a deep understanding of swing mechanics, plate approach, and the physical preparation required to perform at a high level.
In addition to his playing experience, DJ has extensively studied modern player development tools and training systems. He uses objective data from technologies such as Blast Motion to evaluate swing metrics and build individualized improvement plans tailored to each athlete.
DJ works with players to simplify complex concepts into clear, actionable steps that help them develop confidence and long-term success.
DJ Dickson
Coach Dave brings more than 20 years of coaching experience and a lifelong passion for athletics and player development.
A multi-sport athlete at Cardinal Dougherty High School, Dave earned letters in football and baseball and was recognized as an All-City football player and Keystone State Team selection in baseball. He continued his baseball career at Community College of Philadelphia.
Dave has coached football and baseball at both the high school and youth levels, including programs at La Salle College High School, William Tennent High School, and Southampton Legion Baseball.
He specializes in helping players develop a strong mental approach, disciplined habits, and the character traits necessary to succeed both on and off the field. Dave is also known for his ability to communicate effectively with players and parents while creating an environment that challenges athletes and builds confidence.
